Lift mechanic • Chatra, State of Jharkhand

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Chatra, State of Jharkhand. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. On a typical shift you will adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
