UPVC welding machine operator — Ganganagar

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Ganganagar, State of Rajasthan. Day-to-day duties: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees You should bring knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges; driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits; own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun). 2+ years on the tools preferred.
