You should bring clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions; confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot. Day-to-day duties: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
