Bread and bun maker wanted in Virudhunagar

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Virudhunagar, State of Tamil Nadu. The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. We are looking for able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
