Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in District Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns We are looking for can read film thickness gauges and colour codes; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms; able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg. Full-time with occasional weekends. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Pay around ₹20,000 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
