Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Surendranagar, State of Gujarat. You will be based in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. You should bring good head for heights for pit and car-top work; comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways; valid driving licence for site call-outs. Day to day you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; run load and overload tests with test weights.
