Bread baker wanted in Saharsa

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Saharsa, State of Bihar. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
