Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Surendranagar, State of Gujarat. You will work at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service You should bring keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₹28,000 per month plus benefits.
