Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Dibang Valley, State of Arunachal Pradesh. On the job you will handle: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity You should bring willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts; keen eye for casting defects during inspection.
