On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. You should bring accurate at weighing and following recipes; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
