Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a fast-food outlet. We are looking for basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
