Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks 4+ years on the tools preferred.
