Now hiring: smash repairer (State of Jharkhand)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Hazaribag, State of Jharkhand. You will work at a paint and panel shop. Ideally you have physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling; steady hand for filler work and block sanding; able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench. The role involves: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
