Overlocker operator — Ferrukhabad

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Ferrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation Requirements: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines Full-time, day shift.
