Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Sheikhpura, State of Bihar. Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
