Horizontal milling machine operator — Buldhana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Buldhana, State of Maharashtra. On the job you will handle: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
