Scullery hand — Kheda

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kheda, State of Gujarat. You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time, day shift.
