Articulated lorry driver wanted in Mumbai

Great opportunity: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Mumbai, State of Maharashtra. The job is on long-haul routes across the country. On a typical shift you will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays. Ideally you have valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence; valid digital tachograph card. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
