Urgent requirement: chef de partie (State of Rajasthan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Banswara, State of Rajasthan. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₹210 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
