Bakery assistant — Lawngtlai

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Lawngtlai, Mizoram. Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards We are looking for able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; basic cake decorating and piping skills; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
