Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Kurukshetra, State of Haryana. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
