Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in East Khasi Hills, Meghalaya. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage You will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers.
