Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Pay around ₹39,500 per month, based on your experience.
