Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Mulugu, State of Telangana. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off.
