Day-to-day duties: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust You should bring 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing; comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE; good eye for colour matching and blending.
