Powder coating technician — Amreli

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Amreli, State of Gujarat. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
