Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Ambala, State of Haryana. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should bring 2+ years experience working as a butcher; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
