You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate ₹15,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
