The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place We are looking for ability to work fast under pressure during peak service; basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₹30,500 per month plus benefits.
