Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Bathinda, State of Punjab. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day to day you will strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Ideally you have ITI in welder trade or equivalent; knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes; aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety. Rotating shifts.
