Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Ganjam, State of Odisha. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones The role involves keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
