Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in East Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. You should bring 2+ years' experience as a baker; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
