The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone We are looking for quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter.
