The role involves: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) 4+ years on the tools preferred.
