Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Nainital, State of Uttarakhand. We are looking for able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics. Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
