Urgent requirement: gas pipe fitter (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Badgam, State of Jammu and Kashmir. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration The role involves: • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation 3+ years on the tools preferred.
