Back-of-house cleaner — Dhaulpur

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Dhaulpur, State of Rajasthan. You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should bring willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus). Part-time with flexible hours.
