Argon welder — Krishnagiri

Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Krishnagiri, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces On the job you will handle: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
