Tandoor cook wanted in Unakoti

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Unakoti, Tripura. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should bring familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
