Day to day you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; give each garment a final press before packing. We are looking for a keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases; able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
