Prep cook — Angul District

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Angul District, State of Odisha. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Ideally you have able to read and follow recipes and dockets; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around ₹24,000 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
