Great opportunity: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Bharatpur, State of Rajasthan. The job is on the moulding line. Your main tasks: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch Requirements: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection 3+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
