Immediate opening: formwork carpenter (West Bengal)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Alipurduar, West Bengal. You will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. You should have: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. ₹33,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
