Toolroom milling operator wanted in Tenkasi district

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Tenkasi district, State of Tamil Nadu. You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Your main tasks: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery 6+ years on the tools preferred.
