Bakery assistant — Warangal Rural

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Warangal Rural, State of Telangana. The job is in a bread factory. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideally you have able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; able to work early-morning and night shifts; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. Meals and transport allowance provided.
