Immediate opening: semi-automatic welder (State of Gujarat)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Vadodara, State of Gujarat. The job is at a busy production line. We are looking for willing to work shifts and overtime; able to pass a 3G/4G plate test; steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances. On the job you will handle: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
