Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Dausa, State of Rajasthan. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideally you have careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts.
