Bread and bun maker — Eastern West Khasi Hills

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Eastern West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideally you have accurate at weighing and following recipes; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
