Immediate opening: powder coater (State of Andhra Pradesh)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Chittoor, State of Andhra Pradesh. You should bring keen eye for finish quality and surface defects; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process; can read film thickness gauges and colour codes. The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations 2+ years on the tools preferred.
