Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Gaya, State of Bihar. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. Ideally you have hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork; confident working at height on scaffold and decking; sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing. Your main tasks: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb 6+ years on the tools preferred.
